Keith is Senior Pastor of Elevate Life Church. However before founding Elevate Life Church, Keith spent almost twenty years as a motivational speaker and leadership strategist sharing the stage with former world leaders like Bill Clinton, George Bush Sr., Margaret Thatcher and Mikhail Gorbachev.

Amongst other things Keith is the President of Keith Craft Leadership Shapers; a corporation dedicated to helping people increase their leadership capacity and maximize their personal and professional lives. No matter the method, Keithʼs ultimate vision is to be a leader who motivates people to reach their God-given potential. Keith is married to his high school sweetheart, Sheila and they have 3 beautiful children.

James alongside his wife Samantha are the Senior Pastors of Calvary Christian Church - with major campuses in Townsville and on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.

He combines humor and sharp observation on the human condition with a keen insight into the Word of God to help people live victorious lives through faith in Jesus.

Shane Baxter

Shane is the Senior Pastor of Enjoy Church. Under his visionary leadership and relational style, Enjoy Church has grown to over 3000, now meeting in 4 campuses – two in Melbourne and two in regional Victoria - with over 90 nationalities represented.

Shane is a member of the National Executive for the ACC (Australian Christian Churches), and is also the State President for the ACC in Victoria. He is passionate about seeing the local church fruitful and flourishing, impacting and influencing the community and beyond. He is committed to leadership development and seeing people released into their purpose and calling.
